if you haven't been to aN ONLINE family constellation session BEFORE, this is what you should know
The online session became very popular. You will need a good internet connection, a calm room, and a comfy seat. A place where you can close your eyes and get into a relaxed state of mind.
How does it work?
Let's start with your
The therapist outlines the necessary information on the method and after listening to her the patient reveals once again his/ her topic. We summarize the question in a few sentences and set the exact goal of the constellation. We also look at the possible family dynamics and those traumas from the past of which resonances can be traced in the energy field of the family.
At this point, we look for events or situations such as expiation, sin, miscarriage, early death of a baby, abortion, murders, suicides, war, exclusion from a family, family members with physical or mental problems, adopted children, or those in institutional care, unknown or disappeared fathers, homosexuality and priests who were rejected by a family... The client does not provide a narrative, he/she relies only on facts without connected comments.
The therapist asks the client to sit down comfortably, close his /her eyes and imagine his / her family members. The therapist also asks the patient to talk about what she/he can see. Who stands where? Owing to the deep level of concentration the therapist can also feel into the energetical web of the family so she/he can channel the emotions of certain members. During this phase we do order in the family and find the problematic dynamic. The therapist asks the patient to repeat the healing sentences after him/her. Owing to this process the blocks can start to dissolve at a deep level of the client’s soul. Free space opens up the possibility of the free flow of love and remedy.
During the procedure of mapping, the therapist simply helps to give birth to the underlying love in the client’s soul. How the patient handles this in the future, and what decisions he/she makes for it, is not the therapist’s concern. This responsibility lies in the hand of the client.
’’The therapist’s duty is to make the healing forces accessible to the patient, the forces he/she can draw from his / her family. ’’ ( Thomas Schafer)
The way this morphological field appears on the spot, how it affects the participant, and anything that is said or happens during a session, affects the client’s original family, which is eventually the source of recovery. The effect of the therapy usually unfolds within 21 days.
The session is 2-3h long.
